At London Metropolitan University we have excellent facilities to help you keep active and get fit.
We run an extensive programme of fitness and wellbeing classes with a variety of exercise, holistic classes and recreational activities to choose from. Our fitness and wellbeing classes at London Met are a great opportunity to get involved in sporting and fitness activities that are fun and build your overall health and fitness levels.
We also have a modern gym with state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment. If you're more into team sports, then you'll find our facilities include a full-sized basketball court, complete with scoreboard, and a dance studio.
We offer a range of generous membership deals – London Met students and staff currently benefit from free access to unlimited classes and the use of both gyms, and there are competitive annual packages available for alumni and members of the public who'd like to use our facilities.
Our Sports Therapy BSc and MSc students can help you recover from an injury, or help enhance your sports performance at our Injury and Rehabilitation Clinic.
