• The prices listed on this website are based on a weekday daytime hire (9am to 6pm). Half-day rates are also available
• Reduced rates are applied to bookings over three or more dates. A surcharge may apply to evening and weekend rates
• Unless stated, standard AV equipment is included in the hire rate and is comprised of PC with internet access, visual display screen, audio playback and a document camera
• Wi–Fi access is available at all our venues
