Responsibilities:
- operational management and oversight of London Met's quality processes, including the quality manual
- management of the Academic Quality team in delivering a professional, pro-active and responsive service to internal and external stakeholders
- supporting the strategic development of academic quality operations, policies and initiatives
- providing leadership and advice on academic quality and supporting the dissemination of good practices
- ensuring that London Met meets external requirements in relation to academic quality required by the Office for Students and the Quality Assurance Agency
