Responsibilities:
- Supporting the operation of quality assurance and enhancement procedures within London Met Schools, including collaborative partnerships, acting as an effective liaison between the School/s, Collaborative Partners and AQD with regular updates to the Quality Managers
- The effective delivery of in-house and/or collaborative events (including validation, revalidation and review events), including acting as officer to the panel for events
- Supporting the School/s and collaborative partnerships during continuous monitoring activity and audits (such as CEP, ‘cause for concern’ activities and themed touchpoints or audits)
- Supporting the Quality Managers in maintaining accurate records for key activities such as External Examiners and Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies
- Providing officer support for University committees
- Carrying out all duties while upholding the values and principles of the University Strategic Plan and Student Success Strategy
