The Centre seeks to develop a strong evidence base and evaluative core, capable of identifying and eventually replicating success when it occurs; and creating a regenerative cycle of practice and innovation throughout the University. The team are active researchers who will ensure that the Centre’s programmes reflect contemporary scholarly understanding, and they will engage in a continuous cycle of stakeholder engagement and evaluation. In addition, the Centre will work across academic schools to develop strong evaluatory practice in furtherance of a ‘what works’ approach, particularly in respect of eliminating disparities in student outcomes.
