The Centre for Teaching Enhancement co-ordinates the National Student Survey (NSS) and various internal student surveys at the University. These surveys provide valuable insights which enable us to enhance the student experience at London Met. The feedback helps to optimise educational practices and support services, ensuring continuous improvement in teaching quality and student satisfaction. The administration of these surveys involves designing effective campaigns to maximise response rates and ensuring we let our students see how we have acted on their feedback to improve their experience.
