Rosemary Lemon was appointed a co-opted member of London Metropolitan University's Remuneration Committee in January 2018.
With a career spanning over thirty years in a diverse portfolio of industries, Rosemary Lemon has specialised in executive remuneration through working closely with Board members and Board Committees and offers a sensible and pragmatic approach. Rosemary has previously worked full-time in a FTSE company at a very senior level. Before that she was a manager of Global rewards and recognition at P&O Nedlloyd NV and group head of remuneration at Legal & General Plc.
Rosemary was invited back in 2017 to become a member of the Government’s Money Advice Service Steering Committee, looking at how to increase the financial capability of working people in the UK. She is also a regular speaker at conferences and writes articles on remuneration, benefits and financial wellbeing. To name a few, she has presented at the Employee Benefits Live conference in October 2017, presenting on employee wellbeing on a panel with Dame Carol Black, written an article on what 2018 holds for employee benefits for Employee Benefits Magazine published in December 2017 and finally, she has recently published a book in 2018 called What’s Your Excuse for Not Getting your Dream Job?
