Request 

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding student accommodation properties owned by your institution, or an entity majority owned by your institution.   

I would like to know the details of: 

A. The total number of student accommodation properties owned by your institution, or an entity majority owned by your institution, in the financial year: 

1. 2017-18 
2. 2012-13 
3. 2007-08 

B. The total annual revenue derived from student accommodation properties owned by your institution, or an entity majority owned by your institution, in the financial year: 

1. 2017-18 
2. 2012-13 
3. 2007-08 

C. The total market value of the student accommodation properties currently owned by your institution, or an entity majority owned by your institution. 

Exemption issues and scope for redaction  

If the information requested contains personal details of any individual, and this would warrant a Section 40 exemption for this request, then please redact the personal names and details from the disclosure to facilitate the release.   

Processing of this request
