- How many recorded incidents of sexual assault or rape happened on your campus in the last ten academic years, not including this academic year? Can I have the numbers for each academic year please.

I write further to your request for information dated 13 April 2019. This request has been handled by the University in accordance with its duties and obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("FOIA").
You requested details of:
- How many recorded incidents of sexual assault or rape happened on your campus in the last ten academic years, not including this academic year? Can I have the numbers for each academic year please.
Your request is refused under s.22(1)(a) FOIA as the information is intended for future publication. The university will be publishing a FOIA disclosure log, with responses to previous identical requests.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your request, you may request an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original letter by writing to:
