Dear FOIA Officer,
Please can I have answers to the following questions about your university:
1) How many current or former employees have signed agreements or COT3 agreements that included confidentiality or non-disclosure clauses in each of the past 5 years (2013-end of 2018)?
2) How much money in total has the university spend in settling employment disputes involving current or former employees by way of agreements or COT3 agreements that included confidentiality or non-disclosure clauses in each of the past 5 years (2013-end 2018)?
3) Of the above, what was the highest amnount paid out in an individual settlement involving current or former employees in the past 5 years (2013-end 2018)?
To clarify in advance, I only wish to receive the amounts paid out in eaach settlement/year, and this is not a request fore personal details or any material that may make an individual identifiable.

I write further to your request for information dated 11 February 2019. This request has been handled by the University in accordance with its duties and obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("FOIA").
You requested details of:
