Dear Records Officer,

I hope you are having a great week! This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). I am requesting an opportunity to obtain a document/s that: List of Current Enrolled Students Email Addresses. Please let me know what steps I have to to take to receive this information.

This information is not being sought for commercial usage. It is purely for research purposes.

If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me if the cost will exceed $30. However, I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public’s understanding of media consumption.

If you deny any or all of this request, please let me know why. I look forward to hearing from you.

I write further to your request for information dated 6 May 2019.  This request has been handled by the University in accordance with its duties and obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("FOIA"). 
 
You requested details of:
 
A document/s that: List of Current Enrolled Students Email Addresses.  
 
Your request is refused under s.40(2) FOIA as the requested information is the students personal data, and there is no expectation that it will be disclosed to the wider public.  
 
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your request, you may request an internal review.  Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original letter by writing to:
