Overview
The Environmental Sustainability Management Team is formed of representatives from across the University and meets every two months. The purpose of these meetings is to update staff on projects, develop new ideas and for any concerns to be raised.
It also acts as a Fairtrade Steering Group – the purpose of the group is to drive forward and maintain Fairtrade University status and to ensure implementation and review of the policy, campaigns, merchandise and produce.
All policies / ideas or concerns are taken to the monthly Estates Sustainability Group for discussion. If required, any policies are then taken to the Senior Leadership Team meeting.

We welcome new student and staff members to share their views on sustainability at London Met, propose new project ideas and share feedback. If you are interested to join, please email the sustainability team – sustainability@londonmet.ac.uk.
