Our EU Bright Futures Scholarship will automatically be applied to eligible EU students with overseas fee status starting a degree with us in September 2025 or January 2026. This scholarship includes a tuition fee reduction, offering our courses at the same tution cost as our home students, for the duration of your studies and is applicable to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Eligibility criteria
In order to meet the criteria, you must:
- be a new student who has applied for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree with us starting in September 2025 or January 2026
- be classified as an international fee payer
- be a permanent resident in a country in the European Union
- not have applied for settled or pre-settled status in the UK prior to starting your degree with us
- hold an offer for a full degree programme at London Met starting in September 2025 or January 2026
Scholarship value
Depending on the school and level of studying you are apply for, your scholarship value may vary. Students should refer to their offer letter for confirmation of tution fees and scholarship amount:
- The tution fee for undergraduate courses will be £9,535 per year, with a scholarship to the value of between £9,965 to £12,465
- The tution fee for postgraduate courses within the School of Social Sciences and Professions will be between £5,510 to £11,000, with a scholarship to the value of between £3,570 to £10,250
- The tution fee for postgraduate courses within the School of Art, Architecture and Design will be between £3,600 to £16,000, with a scholarship to the value of between £1,900 to £10,250
- The tution fee for postgraduate courses within the Guildhall School of Business and Law will be between £3,600 to £23,500, with a scholarship to the value of between £1,900 to £9,000
- The tution fee for postgraduate courses within the School of Computing and Digital Media will be between £11,000 to £13,000, with a scholarship to the value of between £7,500 to £9,000
- The tution fee for postgraduate courses within the School of Human Sciences will be between £9,250 to £11,000, with a scholarship to the value of between £6,950 to £10,250
- The tution fee for postgraduate courses within the School of Built Environment will be £13,000, with a scholarship to the value of £7,500
Restrictions and exemptions
This scholarship is only available for prospective full-time undergraduate and postgraduate international students from the EU. This scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarships. This scholarship is only available to new students, and not to continuing or current students. If you defer your offer to study with us to a subsequent academic year, this discount may no longer be applied to your tuition fees.

This scholarship is open to students who meet the criteria outlined above. The tuition fee reduction will be applied automatically by our Admissions team if you are eligible. You do not need to submit an application for this scholarship.
