Students had the unique experience of being invited to Standard Chartered Bank
Date: 05/04/2016
London Met students on the Commercial and Investment Banking module had the unique experience of being invited to the auditorium at the headquarters of Standard Chartered Bank at Basinghall Avenue, London, which is located a short distance from the University. The students were able to make their assessed presentations in front of senior directors and portfolio managers at the bank, who participated in the formal assessment process and provided student feedback. Dean Professor Stephen Perkins spoke at the event and helped to motivate the students.
Michael Rose, Hitan Patel and Oliver Waite of Standard Chartered Bank who participated in the assessment panel, were highly complimentary about student performance and referred to the "high-quality presentations” when providing student feedback.
Congratulations to all students that took part!
