- The prize draw is open to all currently enrolled students of London Met, except employees of the University, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- All students who book a test through London Met’s booking system will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
- Only one entry per person per week (Saturday to Friday) is permitted.
- The opening date for entries is 00.01 on 9 April 2021. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 1 June 2021. Students who book tests after this after this time will not be entered into the prize draw.
- London Met accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- One (1) winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Friday each week from the entries in respect of tests booked in the previous seven (7) days ("Draw Date").
- Each winner will receive a £100 Amazon voucher.
- The winner will be notified by email (using their londonmet.ac.uk email address) within a month of entering. If a winner does not respond to London Met within 7 days of being notified by London Met, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and London Met will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prize will be sent to the winner by email within 30 days of being notified of their win.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- London Met reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond London Met’s reasonable control makes it necessary to do so.
- The decision of London Met regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- London Met must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation London Met will send the surname and School of major prize winners, to anyone who writes to Louisa Ackermann, SRBD, London Metropolitan University, Holloway Road, N7 8DB(enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and School being made available, please contact Louisa Ackermann on l.ackermann@londonmet.ac.uk. In such circumstances, London Met must still provide the information and winning entry to the appropriate regulator on request.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. London Met reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- London Met reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, including for reasons outside its control, or actual or suspected fraud.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, London Met, , its employees, agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of London Met, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

- The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
