Sean will collaborate with leading businesses, practitioners and professional bodies within the property and construction sector in the development of London Met's portfolio of courses.

London Met is delighted to welcome Sean Flynn as the Head of its new School of the Built Environment.
In this role, he will be developing dynamic new courses focused on readying London Met’s students for employment in the property and construction industries. This portfolio will be delivered in collaboration with colleagues as well as professionals and practitioners from across the industry areas.
Sean joins London Met from the University of Westminster, where he was the Westminster Business School Knowledge Exchange Lead and the Assistant Head of the School of Applied Management.
Prior to switching to academia, he worked within the construction, power, oil and gas, and renewable industries for over two decades, managing the operational control of projects with portfolio values of over £100 million.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building a Chartered Construction Manager, a member of the Association for Project Management, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Building global course accreditation panel.
