Lucy (Luyao) Li is the Civic and Community Engagement Development Officer from the London Engagement team. She graduated from the Biochemistry BSc course at London Metropolitan University and also holds a MBA in Management and Entrepreneurship.
Lucy's role involves looking after the university's civic and community initiative, London Met Lab: Empowering London, to develop projects and maintain relationships with local organisations and authorities that would tackle the challenges facing London. Lucy specialises in event planning, social media management and website design for all London Met Lab projects. Before this role, She used to be part of the work-based learning team at London Met where she liaised with employers and supported students with finding suitable work placement opportunities.
