Chrystalle is the Student Engagement Lead at London Met, leading and managing all internal and external surveys for the University. Chrystalle leads the enhancement of our survey systems and quality of results and student data.
Prior to joining the Centre, she previously led on various instrumental work to improve the student experience as London Metropolitan University's Students' Union former president for the academic year 2020–21.
Alongside her role at London Met, Chrystalle was also appointed as a member of the QAA Student Strategic Advisory Committee for 2020- 2022 and the QAA Academic Integrity Advisory Committee for 2021-22. Recently she was appointed as a 2023 TEF panel and International Reviewer for the QAA.
Having completed her studies in Diplomacy and International Relations, Chrystalle has plans to pursue further and focus on a career in higher education management. She is also passionate about quality matters, learning and teaching in higher education and spends her time advocating equity and the student voice within all aspects of her work.
