All modules are developed and delivered to challenge the student’s perception of higher education and engage them in discussions with regards to skills and attributes required; as well as enable them to gain self-awareness, and self-development tools, whilst continuing to develop their academic skills.
With his reflexive, compassionate and humanistic pedagogical approach, he seeks to enable all members of the School community to achieve their full potential in an inclusive environment characterised by equality of respect and opportunity. He continuously seeks to encourage, motivate, and engage all students by providing the opportunity to demonstrate their ability and development, find their voice and support students to develop self-efficacy and agency. He believes that diversity in the classroom should be openly discussed and celebrated, and strives to create an open, safe space in which students, feel free to express different ideas, opinions, and experiences.
A strong believer that “when everyone in the classroom, teacher and students, recognises that they are responsible for creating a learning community together, learning is at its most meaningful and useful.” ― bell hooks. He works with students and colleagues as partners to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Inspiring and enabling all students to take part in learning and fulfil their potential.
