Claire is Head of Business Engagement and responsible for leading on knowledge exchange activities, including identifying funding/partnership opportunities, consultancy, and knowledge transfer partnerships (KTPs). She acts as a bridge between organisations wishing to engage with the university and academics wanting to find innovative ways to deliver real world impact through their research.
Claire Renwick
Prior to joining London Met, Claire worked as a Consultant across numerous sectors leading on projects including establishing accelerator programmes, advising on marketing/growth strategies and providing 1:1 coaching for SMEs. She was previously Head of Student Enterprise at SOAS, University of London.
She has a MSc in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Education, MA in International Marketing, MSc in Management and BA (Hons) Modern Languages. She is currently completing a PhD funded by University of Northampton.
Claire's research focuses on regional social enterprise ecosystem development in the UK and the role of power.
