Sarah Illingworth
Associate Professor Sarah Illingworth is a principal lecturer in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, a cluster group leader for Dietetics, and a Dietetic Placement Tutor. Her qualifications include a BSc with RD, City & Guilds and the further and adult education teachers certificate.
