William Smith
Will Smith is a designer who teaches undergraduate and postgraduate furniture design courses. He has taught at various institutions in and around the capital and believes that his practice informs his teaching and vice versa.
After Will graduated from the Furniture and Related Product course at Ravensbourne in 2001, he enrolled on the Design Products MA course run by Ron Arad at the Royal College of Art.
His design interests lie in traditional hand tools and contemporary production techniques. In 2007 his work was published in Making It by Chris Lefteri, Lawrence King and in 2008 he was awarded a Blueprint Design award at 100% Design, London.
