Why did you choose to study at London Met?
When I came to look at the University everybody was so friendly. The teachers seemed so passionate about what they were going to be teaching to us, and I just fell in love straight away. Literally as soon as I left I was like "London Met's for me"!
What was it like studying during lockdown?
Studying throughout lockdown was an extreme change. Nobody knew what was happening and the way we were going to go forward with things so it was quite difficult, but I had an amazing support system around me that kept me going.
What advice would you give to someone considering studying a degree?
Just give it your best shot. It will get really hard at times but just remember your end goal and continue to believe in yourself, and surround yourself with people who will push you.
What are your plans now that you’ve graduated?
I'm going to be working at Kensington Palace with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in their events and office team. It was a crazy experience to get the job, but I'm extremely excited. I'm supposed to start tomorrow so this is literally the best week I've had in ages, I'm really excited!
