Dr Samireh Jorfi from School of Human Sciences was invited to the 64th London International Youth Science Forum as a judge for evaluating posters in the Science Bazaar, providing valuable insights and guidance to the budding scientists.
The annual forum, hosted at the prestigious Imperial College London, gathered youg scientists from 84 countries for an immersive and intellectually enriching experience. The 64th edition of LIYSF maintained its reputation as a world-class event, featuring lectures by leading scientists, including a Nobel Prize winner, Prof. Ben Feringa.
Reflecting on her participation in the event, Dr Jorfi said: "It was a privilege to be involved in such an amazing event as science has always been an international and collaborative endeavor, and so opportunities like the Forum are invaluable in shaping the future of the science and STEM. Meeting students from around the world and the Nobel Prize winner, Prof. Ben Feringa was such an inspiring experience."
