Our work in sciences reaches out to the arts, humanities and social sciences – some of our arts research is centrally concerned with aspects of science and technology. Ageing, artificial intelligence, race and education, social behaviour and the application of research to pressing societal issues are just some examples of themes that connect us.
As well as our subject-based centres of research, we promote a number of groups and forums that bring our researchers together to develop these connections.
