Healthwatch Islington Charities and Social Enterprise Clinic

We have worked with Healthwatch Islington to explore local residents’ experiences of healthcare in north London. London Met students worked on a project to better understand local residents' experiences of healthcare services and their report, which can be read in full on Healthwatch Islington's website, showed that most of the participants are satisfied with the level of service they receive from their clinician, but often have trouble with booking appointments, receiving clear and consistent information from their healthcare provider and getting to hospital appointments.
